This is part of your tasks
- Implementation of M&A transactions
- Structuring and closing of project financing
- Creation of marketing documents such as information memorandum and teaser
- Review and creation of financial models
- Steering of due diligence processes
- Management of external parties within the scope of transaction processing
- Research, analysis and preparation of economic data and project information
These properties are relevant
- Experience in renewable energies and / or the energy industry
- Experience in M&A processes and / or project financing
- Business fluent English
- Pleasure in independent work
- Communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and accurate way of working
- Good economic and legal understanding
- Good MS Office skills
